Genome Information for Homo sapiens
To explore the genome-wide distribution of H3K4me3 peaks after irradiation, we performed cut and run analysis with H3K4me3 antibody in HL-60 cells following irradiation 0 min as a control and 180 min. At 180 min following irradiation, H3K4me3 peaks are globally unregulated in HL-60 cells.
