To explore the possible molecular of CsWAK12 of tea plant in cold stress responses, we perform the transcriptome comparative analysis in both WT and trangenic line (OE) of Arabidopsis under normal grow condition (N) and cold stress (C) to uncover the changes in the transcriptome profiles during the stress response.
