To better understand pear anthracnose resistance mechanism, we conducted transcriptome analysis of anthracnose resistant variety Seli and highly susceptible variety Cuiguan post-infection with C. fructicola and sterile water at 6 h and 24 h using RNA-Seq sequencing.
