Based on its 16S rRNA gene sequence, the strain was affiliated to the family Streptomycetaceae, genus Streptomyces. TRM 70351 closest type strains based on the the pairwise 16S rRNA sequence similarities were Streptomyces chumphonensis K1-2 (=JCM 18522T; 98.34%), Streptomyces alkaliterrae OF1(PCM 3001T, 98.34%), Streptomyces durbertensis NEAU-S1GS20 (=DSM 104538T; 98.14 %). TRM 70361 closest type strains similarities were Streptomyces barkulensis RC 1831(=JCM 18754T; 98.15%), Streptomyces carminius TRM SA0054 (= CCTCC AA2016041T; 98.07%). All calculated ANI values were lower than the 95% cut-off proposed for distinguishing different species,the estimated dDDH values were all cases below the threshold value (70 %) suggested for species delineation. The DNA G+C content of TRM 70351 is 73.69 mol%, TRM70361 is 73.42%. TRM70351 major phospholipids are diphosphatidyl glyeerol, phosphatidy ethanolamine, phsphotidyl inosito, phsphotidylinosito mannosides. Predominant menaquinones are MK6, MK7, MK-10(H2) and MK-10(H4). The major fatty acids were 8:0 3OH, anteiso-C15:0, iso-C16:0, C16:0, anteiso-C17:0, Sum In Feature 6 and Summed Feature 6. TRM 70361 major phospholipids are phosphatidy ethanolamine, phsphotidyl inosito, phsphotidylinosito mannosides. Predominant menaquinones are MK6, MK6(H2), MK-8, MK-9(H8) and MK-10(H6). The major fatty acids are 8:0 3OH, anteiso-C15:0, 16:1 iso H, iso-C16:0, anteiso-C17:0 , Sum In Feature 6 and Summed Feature 6 . Phenotypic and genomic data supported the assignment of strain TRM 70351 and TRM 70361 to novel species Streptomyces solitudinis sp. nov., Streptomyces rubellus sp. nov., within the genus Streptomyces, for which the type strain is TRM 70351 (= CCTCC AA 2020049T= LMG 32404T), TRM 70361 (=CCTCC AA 2020043T).
