ITS sequences extracted from rhizoplane soil sampled from wheat grown in seven diverse agricultural regions across Morocco, each comprising four zones (28 sampling sites) and five subsamples collected from a 25 square metre surface area (140 samples). One zone is excluded from this study making the total sequence number 135.
