More...This work aims at the identification of molecular changes induced by exposure to difenoconazole, a fungicide classified as sterol biosynthesis inhibitor according to 2022 FRAC (Fungicide Resistance Action Committee) classification, in zebrafish embryos in order to predict the early responses in terms of gene expression changes induced by these substances. Zebrafish embryos were exposed to two sub-lethal concentrations of difenoconazole for 96 hrs according to OECD test No. 236 guidelines followed by simultaneous RNA from respective samples in order to analyse further effects induced by those substances in transcriptomic profiles by applying RNA-Seq analysis.
