Using the same primer pairs as the qPCR method for the pmoA gene to amplify all samples, only 38 out of 79 samples obtained sufficient PCR products for subsequent MiSeq high-throughput sequencing, possibly due to differences in impurity types between different samples or differences in the coverage of this primer pair among different samples
