Data was generated as a part of a project studying trade-off restricting intra-individual expansion of MHC gene family.
MHC data contain pooled sequenced amplicons of third exons of MHC class I and second exons of MHC class II DQA, DQB and DRB genes of bank voles (Myodes glareolus). For each of the four MHC markers (i.e., regions amplified by a primer pair: MHC class I exon 3, MHC class II exon 2 of DQA, DQB and DRB) four PCR amplicons were generated: R1A, R1B, R2A, R2B. For each individual, a template for PCR reactions was cDNA from one of two independent RNA extractions: R1 and R2. Additional files needed for de-multiplexing of samples (with combination of forward and reverse primer sequences and a unique combination of 6-bp forward and reverse tags) is available in the OSF repository at: https://osf.io/9yhfd/.
TCR data contains bulk amplicon libraries with rearranged V(D)J domains o T cell receptors from sorted CD4+ and CD8+ T cells from spleens of 2-3 month old bank voles. Less...
