submittor note: Please note that the organism is not Heterosigma akashiwo, but Olisthodiscus luteus. There was a tube of Heterosigma (at that time named Olisthodiscus carterae) mislabled in the 1950's. This has lead to a great deal of confusion about which organism is which. This one (NIES-15) is the true Olisthodiscus luteus.
