Paraeucosemetus pallicornis
Slater & O'Donnell list this species as Paraeucosemetus pallicornis in their 1995 catalogue "Lygaeidae of the World", but they include the follwing comment: "In 1980 Harrington placed Rhyparochromus malayus Stal 1859 in Paraeucosmetus. R. malayus Stal is the monotype of Gyndes Stal 1862. If Harrington's action is correct and pallicornis and malayus are congeneric, then the oldest name for the genus is Gyndes Stal, which has priority over Paraeucosmetus Malipatil by more than 100 years." p.156
