Chanogobius dolichognathus (Hilgendorf, 1879)
Eschmeyer's Catalog of Fishes lists Chaenogobius dolichognathus (Hilgendorf, 1879) as a synonym of Chaenogobius annularis Gill, 1859. But the COI sequences of JX679028 and AF391365 show only 84% nucleotide identity, so we have left the species separtate for the time being.
