Binding domain to Get4 on Get5, Golgi to ER traffic protein
Get5_bdg is the binding domain at the N-terminus of Get5, or Golgi to ER traffic protein 5, in yeast, that binds to Get4. Together with Get3, this tripartite complex is involved in the insertion of tail-anchored proteins in the ER membrane.
