The coding region has been updated to add additional internal exons based on transcript and homology support, and to extend the N-terminus to one that is more supported by available transcript and conservation data. The update adds a DEAD/DEAH box helicase domain in addition to the Helicase conserved C-terminal domain and a Tudor domain.
