The update is supported by U64805.1, a full-length mRNA. This CCDS previously represented the delta(9-11) variant that is only partially described by RT-PCR analyses in PMIDs 7545954 and 9115959. However, its full-length exon combination is unknown, and thus the update was made based on a known full-length variant. |
