The coding region has been updated to represent an alternative splicing pattern, resulting in a longer protein N-terminus that is more supported by the available protein data. It should be noted that the exon combination of the update lacks full-length transcript support in human. None of the currently available human mRNAs can encode the supported full-length protein. Therefore, the exon combination of the update is inferred from alignment of the mouse mRNA, EF632061.1. This is consistent with the orthologous mouse CCDS representation, CCDS48340.1.
