Glycine soja

Transcriptome Analysis of Wild Soybean (Glycine soja) Infected by Soybean Cyst Nematode

See Genome Information for Glycine soja
The goal of this project is to identify the genes or regulatory network underlying soybean cyst nematode (SCN) resistance through a comparative analysis of the transcriptome changes in a resistant wild soybean (Glycine soja) genotype and a susceptible G. soja genotype infected by SCN, the most devastating soybean disease.
