show Abstracthide AbstractVibrio anguillarum causes huge economic losses to the farmed of half-smooth tongue, and the gene expression level of Vibrio anguillarum infection has been studied in detail, but the post-transcriptional regulation is unclear. Alternative splicing (AS) plays a crucial role as a post-transcriptional regulatory mechanism in various biological processes, including immune responses. In this study, two different concentrations of Vibrio anguillarum were used to infect half-smooth tongue sole, and the immune mechanism of alternative splicing in the liver of half-smooth tongue sole was studied.
