The study used RNASeq to study the gene expression changes in the legume symbiont of Rhizobium leguminosarum 3841 wild-type and lppE, ecfE and asfE gene (ecfE operon) mutants.
Sample: Rhizobium leguminosarum 3841 cells were grown in UMS (slopes) with Pyruvate, ammonia (5mM). Total RNA extracted and processed before sequencing in Ion Torrent Proton.
