1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 82,848 spots, 21M bases, 9.7Mb downloads

Design: Elm rhizosphere soil microorganisms high-throughput sequencing
Submitted by: Inner Mongolia Agricultural University
Study: Ulmus pumila rhizosphere soil Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
The objective of the current study was to explore the response of soil microbial community diversity to seasonal changes. Moreover, this study aimed to address the lack of knowledge about elm rhizospheric microbial communities, thereby providing important data to inform the protection and utilization of sparse elm forests. The study also represents an important theoretical basis for understanding the ecological and environmental construction of the OSL hinterland.
