Design: We used the Ion Xpress Plus Frangment Library Kit (200 bp) for library preparation. In summary, genomic DNA is enzymatically sheared into fragments to which barcoded adapters are ligated. Following ligation, the library is then subjected to size selection and amplification. The Library was quantitated using the Ion Library Quantitation kit.
