Dihydrouracil Dehydrogenase (NAD+)

An enzyme that catalyzes the oxidation of 5,6-dihydrouracil to URACIL using NAD as a cofactor. This enzyme also plays a role in the catabolism of the antimetabolite 5-FLUOROURACIL.
