    1. Immunohistochemically, 50% or more of the canine prostate cancer cases showed expression of PSA, PSMA, UPIII, CK7, CK5, CK14, and CK18.

    2. Canine prostate epithelium displayed a highly differentiated character, with most cells expressing CK18 and PSA. After castration, prostate epithelium regressed, and the tubule cells showed a ductal phenotype of CK5, CK18, and CK7.
