Organism
Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype: Columbia)
Lineage
Eukaryota; Viridiplantae; Streptophyta; Embryophyta; Tracheophyta; Spermatophyta; Magnoliopsida; eudicotyledons; Gunneridae; Pentapetalae; rosids; malvids; Brassicales; Brassicaceae; Camelineae; Arabidopsis
Summary
Encodes a small protein with an N-terminal trans-membrane domain and a RING-H2 zinc finger motif located at the C-terminus. Gene expression is induced by salt and osmotic stress. Transcrips levels are induced by DELLA proteins and repressed by gibberellic acid. Involved in ABA metabolism.
