Allelic Differences Account for Gene Expression Differences Among Population.

(Submitter supplied) Expression level of genes in lymphoblasts from individuals in three HapMap populations (CEU, CHB, JPT) were compared. More than 1,000 genes were found to be significantly different (Pc<0.05) in mean expression level between the CEU and CHB+JPT samples. Heterozygous carriers of Nijmegen Breakage Syndrome Have a Distinct Gene Expression Phenotype.

(Submitter supplied) By comparing the expression levels of genes between carriers of Nijmegen Breakage Syndrome and non-carriers, we showed that NBS carriers have a distinct gene expression phenotype. Keywords: Cell Line Comparison

Mapping Determinants of Human Gene Expression by Regional and Whole Genome Association

(Submitter supplied) Baseline expression levels of genes in CEPH individuals from the International HapMap Project were measured using the Affymetrix Human Genome Focus Arrays. Lymphoblastoid cell lines from various CEPH pedigrees

Analysis of lymphoblastoid cell lines of 57 unrelated CEPH individuals from the International HapMap Project. Results used to find association between the expression phenotypes and SNP markers across the genome genotyped on the 57 individuals that belong to various CEPH pedigrees.
