Description

Draft genome sequences of Ralstonia eutropha strain H850 (formerly designated Alcaligenes eutropha), a polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) degrading strain, and Ralstonia (formerly Pseudomonas) sp. strain U2, a naphthalene degrader were obtained. These two strains were isolated from contaminated sites decades ago and studied in various laboratories, but their genome sequences have not been reported.
