Deep RNA sequencing of primary rat cortical neurons treated with Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) to determine the whole genome response to BDNF. Additional treatments of JAK/STAT inhibitors also included to determine which BDNF-induced gene expression changes are carried out by JAK/STAT pathway activation.
