Comments and References:

Pseudomonas pavonaceae
Pseudomonas pavonaceae does not appear on the Approved Lists of Bacterial Names, maintained by the IJSB. _The Prokaryotes_ (2nd ed.) comments: "The generically misnamed [Pseudomonas] cruciviae and [Ps.] pavonaceae are also on the Acinetobacter rRNA branch" [of the Moraxellaceae] (vol II, p. 2120). However, BLAST analysis of available strains assigned to P. pavonaceae indicate they are true Pseudomonas strains.
