genome sequence
Determination of the DNA genome sequence of this strain has been or is being determined either in whole or in part.
Vibrio strain AND4
In depth analyses in our lab has shown that AND4 is not a Vibrio campbellii strain, rather it appears to represent a novel taxon more closely related to Vibrio harveyi [Jarone Pinhassi, personal communication]
